I brought my truck in for a mount, balance, and lifetime alignment, but a simple job turned into a 4.5-hour nightmare. Upon drop-off, I explicitly requested clip-on wheel weights instead of sticky ones, as RAM calipers have very little clearance. They ignored this and used 10+ silver sticky weights on each of my black wheels. As a result, the weights rubbed the calipers, damaging my new wheels and leaving a sticky residue. When confronted, Joe did offer to pay for a cleaning, however looking over my wheels today I found several damaged places. Mind you, this is my first time having the tires replaced, this damage originated here. To make matters worse, the truck drifted right after the alignment. They test-drove it, made adjustments, and it still drifted. I eventually checked my onboard monitoring and found every 10-ply tire severely underinflated (31-37 psi instead of the required 40-45). Inflating them fixed the drift. Checking tire pressure should be the very first step of any alignment. If they had just followed my instructions and done basic checks, none of this would have happened. Beware.

This Firestone location has very good hours and great management. I was in need of a tire at 7 AM on a Sunday morning (this location opened at 8am, thank goodness). Rodney, the manager at this Firestone location was very accommodating and helpful. Although I did not have an appointment, he was able to work me in on top of dealing with a major roof leak. Unfortunately, my tire was not repairable, but I feel like I was very well taken care of in a timely manner. He had the exact size tire I needed (a high performance 245/40R18) and Rodney had a technician start on the replacement as soon as he covered all the cost details with me. The technician did a great job as well. He not only was careful with the wheel. He brought the piece of metal out to me and explained why my tire could not be patched. I was already aware that the tire more than likely could not be repaired, but the professionalism of the technician to take the time to share that information with me was very reassuring.

Joe and Joshua are awesome! They are the best example of customer service. I have been to many mechanic shops before that aren't half as friendly as these guys. Joe helped walked me through everything and Joshua was incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone. Highly recommend coming to this location!
